Toronado Morning Report Bluefin Tuna, Ray is Live

Ray checked in for the Toronado out of Pierpoint Landing. Good action on the bluefin tuna grounds but we are getting outworked. These are all better grade fish of 40-60lbs and the guys are having a challenge landing them on lighter line. We have around 15 fish on the deck so far with a couple in the 100lb range. There are tuna and yellowtail at the banks and that's what we want to get. Ray checked in for the Toronado out of Pierpoint Landing. We had a 1-day charter today with a good group of anglers that fished hard all day. We had 11 20 to 30 pound yellowtail, 14 calico bass, 21 rockfish, and 31 big bonito for the guys. Ray has the current fish report for you below.

Got some variety of fish so far with a couple handfuls of nicer grade yellowtail up to 30lbs. Going to keep fishing the island for a little bit longer then head offshore to find some bluefin tuna.
